Housemaid is a conservative Codex skill for inspecting helper processes before cleanup. It inventories likely MCP servers, browser/devtools helpers, local preview servers, app-preview helpers, and subagent-like workers, then returns a non-destructive cleanup plan with memory use, ownership, best-effort thread hints, risk, and practical impact. It writes JSON/Markdown audit artifacts and prints polished Codex tables with suggested next steps. By default, it never terminates, closes, disables, restarts, or mutates anything without explicit approval.
Install it from the panel, then call it inside Codex like this:
